Center for Solutions was established in August 2020.  Owners, Brenda Engle and Sarah Smith felt it was essential to continue providing rural Wyoming with mental health services, especially during the troubling times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Since August 2020, Brenda and Sarah have expanded services. We now offer individual counseling, EMDR, Suboxone, and Spravato to Wyoming.

Starting January 2021, Center for Solutions expanded into Arizona and is now providing medication management to both Arizona and Wyoming to ages 5 and older.
